Terms of Use

Apple Picking Finder is an independent directory of pick-your-own apple orchards across the United States. The Site is provided free of charge to visitors and to orchards that wish to list their farm.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Scrape, copy, or resell substantial portions of the directory without written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about any orchard.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site.
• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We work hard to keep every listing accurate, but hours, apple varieties, U-Pick status, prices, and on-site amenities change constantly. Always call the orchard or check their official website before making a long drive. Apple Picking Finder is not responsible for outdated information or business decisions the orchard makes.

When you submit an orchard listing you confirm that you own the farm or are authorized to represent it, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the right to upload the photo you submit. You grant Apple Picking Finder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, resize, and distribute your submission on the Site and in related promotional material. You can request removal at any time.

All original content on the Site, including our directory structure, editorial writing, design, logo, and photographs we produce, is the property of Apple Picking Finder and is protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party trademarks (orchard names, logos) remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those businesses in the directory.

The Site links to orchard websites, social media profiles, and mapping services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple Picking Finder disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple Picking Finder and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including damages resulting from a visit to an orchard.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apple Picking Finder from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Apple Picking Finder is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
