Apple Picking Finder is an independent, family-run directory of pick-your-own apple orchards across the United States. We built it because planning an apple-picking trip online had become a mess of outdated listings, affiliate junk, and farms that closed years ago. There had to be a better way.
Give every American family a single, trustworthy place to find a real pick-your-own apple orchard near them. No paywalls, no misleading ads, no farms that shut down in 2011 still showing at the top of Google.
We list the actual farms, with the actual hours, the actual apple varieties, and the actual driving directions. When something is wrong, we fix it fast.
Every listing on Apple Picking Finder goes through a multi-source verification process before it appears in search results. Here is what that looks like in practice.
We start with USDA data, state Department of Agriculture directories, grower associations like the U.S. Apple Association, and verified public records.
Every farm is cross-referenced against at least two independent sources. Duplicate entries are merged. Farms that have closed, moved, or stopped offering U-Pick are removed or updated.
Our editorial team spot-checks orchards for hours, apple varieties, on-site amenities, and driving directions. We flag anything that looks off and re-verify.
Orchard owners can claim, correct, or expand their listing for free. We treat their time with respect and never sell them anything they didn't ask for.
Planning a fall weekend? Find the closest verified U-Pick orchard, see what varieties are ripe, and grab honest driving directions in under a minute.
Add your farm for free. Reach thousands of local visitors planning their fall trips without competing against fake listings or aggregator ads.
Reliable, up-to-date orchard data you can link to with confidence when promoting your region's fall season.
If you own an orchard, spot a mistake, run a local tourism board, or write about food and travel, we'd love to hear from you.
